I started my freelancing journey mid 2021. I was working as a book reviewer. You know that new authors buying reviews? Yes, I read books from newly published authors and write paid reviews.
Then I started working as a translator. My language pairs were English, Filipino, and Cebuano. That was around 2022.
I started my UpWork journey
While still working as a book reviewer and part-time translator, I started my Upwork journey. Now, for the niche, I decided to proceed with content writing since it’s the closest one to my passion. It didn’t take off smoothly at first, but still made it and build a momentum.
Making it a life
It’s been almost four years and I’m still doing it! I’ve published many blogs, worked with over international clients, and upskilled many valuable skills. I love what I’m doing and I love to help my clients.
